The investment guide
Every number, in the open
The most common thing couples say about wedding flowers is that nobody will tell them what anything costs until they are already in a meeting. So here are the bands, the per-item figures, and a calculator that will estimate your day before we know a single thing about it.
It is an estimate, not a quote. The written proposal is the quote, and it comes back within a week.
What it costs
Build a rough estimate
Move the numbers to match your day and watch the range move with it. It is an estimate to plan against, not a quote — the real proposal is written to your flowers, your palette and your venue.

What the price covers
What is included, whatever you spend
A written proposal before you commit
We talk through your date, venue and colors, then send the blooms, the sizing and the price in writing. Nothing is asked for on the strength of a verbal estimate.
Free delivery on weddings across Utah County
Delivery and setup at your venue are included anywhere in the county. Outside it we still travel, and the delivery is quoted with the rest of your proposal.
Loryn delivers and sets up herself
Your flowers get driven to the venue and put where they belong, so nobody in your family spends the morning of the wedding arranging vases.
Cut fresh and arranged to order
Flowers are cut fresh daily and built in the days before the wedding. Nothing is pulled from a cooler of pre-made arrangements.
Substitutions cleared with you first
Some blooms are seasonal and some depend on what the growers ship that week. When something is not available we come back with a match in the same color and shape and get your sign-off before the day, not on it.
FAQ
Pricing questions
How much do wedding flowers cost?
It depends on the stem count, which blooms you choose, and how much of the venue you want covered. A bridal bouquet and six centerpieces is a very different number from a full ceremony arch and twenty tables. We quote every wedding in writing after we talk through your colors, venue and date, so you see the whole figure before committing to anything.
Is the calculator a quote?
No. It is an estimate to plan against. It cannot see your venue, your palette or what is in season on your date, and all three move the number. The written proposal is the quote.
What moves the price the most?
Stem count and season, in that order. The same arrangement built from what is in season now and from imported stems out of season are two very different figures, and the seasonal version usually arrives fresher as well. For centerpieces, your table count is the biggest lever, which is why they are quoted per table.
When do you need final numbers?
Your table count moves right up until the final week, which is normal and easy to work with. The style and the blooms need locking in three to six months out so the flowers can be ordered in. There is no charge for revising the count.
Can I book just the bouquet?
Yes. One bride told us she was doing flowers on a budget, so she and her family did most of the arrangements and had us make only the bouquet, because that was the one she wanted to be certain about.
